OMniLeads and Meta

OMniLeads connects directly and transparently with the Meta ecosystem, leveraging its integrated Open Source Channel Orchestrator. This architecture allows for the agile integration of the official Meta Messenger channel while maintaining high standards of stability and operational flexibility. Furthermore, business asset management is handled through Meta Business Manager, allowing for centralized configuration, full account control, and guaranteed compliance with official Meta policies at all times.

Prerequisites

Before starting the setup, make sure you have: 1. A business account in Meta Business Manager. 2. A valid Business Portfolio, from which Facebook assets (in our case, business landing pages) will be assigned and the official Meta API will be used. 3. Access to Meta for Developers, to integrate the Messenger product from the Meta Apps platform.

Finally, with administrator access to the OMniLeads instance, you will be able to integrate with the Meta Messenger app and answer queries through the official Social Network API.
