What is OMniLeads Enterprise?

OMniLeads Enterprise is a "Business Track" Contact Center Suite based on the Open Core of OMniLeads and driven by the innovation and collaboration of a large User Community.

This product is supported by the commercial and engineering support of the Sponsor and Manufacturer Freetech Solutions, which guarantees customers the best performance available. In addition, it adds a layer of business modules, such as High Impact Reports, Real-Time Wallboard, Automated CX Surveys, White Labeling, Video Calls, Integration with Whatsapp Business, Predictive/Progressive Dialer, among others.

This version can be implemented very easily, simply by referencing the commercial image of the application container in the inventory file by adding the string

omnileads_img: docker.io/omnileads/omlapp:231227.01-enterprise

**This allows seamless transitions between Community and Enterprise editions without additional installations or data loss.

Registering the instance and activating a subscription with the vendor provides the Carril Empresarial solution available without extra procedures.
