Recordings

All campaigns that operate with the call recording option enabled generate their files with recordings for later listening or downloading. The OMniLeads Recordings module allows the search for recordings using filters as search criteria.

Output of inbound campaigns

In this section, everything inherent to the "output" generated by inbound call campaigns is presented and analyzed.
