# Reportes de Email
Los Reportes Generales de Email ofrecen contadores de envios/recepciones para entender el comportamiento actual de la operación respecto al canal de Meta.
Para acceder a los Reportes de Email, se debe clickear en *Opciones -> Reportes de Email* de la Campaña sobre la cual se tenga habilitada y configurada la canalidad:
En dicha vista, se cuenta con un filtro temporal a partir del cual se accede a la actividad de la campaña
En él se observaran totales para emails enviados, recibidos, respondidos, fallidos, no atendidos, calificados, entre otros indicadores de interés.
