Inbound Routes

Inbound routes

Once our incoming campaign is available, we must proceed with the linking of a "DID" telephone number available in one of the SIP trunks through which the call requests would arrive with the incoming campaign in question. That is, the assignment of the number and the incoming campaign to which to refer all the calls that enter OMniLeads on said DID number.

Figure 1: Incoming routes To generate a new route for incoming calls, we must access the Telephony -> Incoming routes menu, where the created routes are listed and new ones can also be added. In the following figure, an incoming route can be displayed on its configuration screen:

Figure 2: Incoming route parameters

  • Name: It is the name assigned to the route (alphanumeric without spaces).

  • DID Number: It is the incoming number that is validated as a trigger for the routing of the call to the destination selected by the route itself.

  • Caller id prefix: The value configured in this field will appear as the prefix of the CallerID that arrives in each call through the corresponding trunk.

  • Language: The language used when reproducing system default locutions, on the channels that enter the route.

  • Destination type: The type of destination where the calls entered by said route will be sent. Within the types of destinations there are incoming campaigns, IVRs, time conditionals, caller identification, etc.

  • Destination: Punctual destination to which to send the channels.

It is important to clarify that it is allowed for several routes to have the same destination.
