Adding Widgets and Realtime Pages

AnteriorCreating a WallboardSiguienteExploring Widgets and Metrics

Última actualización hace 6 meses

A Wallboard is made up of dynamic Pages to which real-time Widgets are added. The latter will contain the metrics/KPIs that you want to reflect in the view.

To add pages and/or widgets, click on the "Widgets" icon corresponding to the options of the Wallboard in question:

In the following pop-up, we will see the board with its space for adding Widgets and Pages. With a right click we can access the main options:

Add Page: add as many pages to the board as you want to display. They will be displayed spaced out at a time that can be configured in the general Wallboard options.

Delete Page: deletes the page on which you are positioned.

Add Widget: add metrics/kpis of interest to the business.

When you add a new widget via the "Add Widget" button, it will be added to the page the user is currently on. The page widget options allow you to delete the widget, or edit/configure it.

If you click on the Create button (pencil icon on the newly added widget), a new pop-up will open that will allow you to proceed with the configuration of the metric:

Name: allows you to enter a name for the widget, which will then be displayed on the real-time wallboard.

Color: default color that the widget will take as soon as the information sensing begins.

Campaigns: allows you to select the campaign(s) for which the business metrics will be displayed.

Metric-Name: allows you to select the metric of interest from a combo box.

Widget: allows you to select the type of Widget (block, circular, table or list)

The Alarms section allows the user to create visual alarms on the configured metrics, with the aim of alerting the user about changes in the expected behavior patterns.

In this way, by using conditional operators, the widget will change color indicating to the user about the change in the metric condition.

By clicking Save, the widget is configured on the page and ready to be displayed.
