Providers
Creating a New Supplier
To activate the WhatsApp Business channel, you must register a provider. Just like a telephone carrier, a WhatsApp provider (either Meta or a Business Service Provider) will allow OMniLeads to connect to the official WhatsApp Business APIs securely and reliably.
How to register a supplier
Go to the Menu: Connections -> Whatsapp -> Providers.
Click the plus sign (+) to start the registration wizard.
Complete the forms that will be displayed depending on the type of approved provider (GupShup or Meta).
When you start the wizard, a form will be displayed based on the selected provider.
GupShup setup
If you choose GupShup as your provider, the following form will be displayed:
Form fields:
Name: This is the name we will give to the new supplier selected for the channel.
Provider: This is the Authorized BSP (Business Service Provider) that we will use for the integration.
API Key: This is the "key" or "secret" located in your GupShup account. Remember that to register a GupShup account and activate the WhatsApp Business channel, you must follow the instructions below: https://docs.omnileads.net/whatsapp-channel-configuration/gupshup-integration/register-whatsapp-business-in-gupshup
Partner Email: GupShup partner/ISV email (if any).
Partner Password: GupShup partner/ISV secret for this account (if any).
Setting Meta
If you choose Meta as the provider, the following form will be displayed:

Name: This is the name we will give to the new supplier selected for the channel.
Provider: In this case we will use Meta for the integration.
BusinessID: This is the business identifier provided by Meta and visible in the App.
Permanent Access Token: This is the token we generated when the App Role was created.
